Sales Administrative Assistant (Phoenix, AZ):

Auto Safety House is seeking a Truck Equipment Sales/Service Coordinator to work with customers (municipalities, local dealers, public, etc.) in scheduling, open and closing repair orders, tracking work in progress reports.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle a high volume of customer calls.
  • Open and close RO's.
  • Write up and tag customer vehicles.
  • Track work in progress reports.
  • Facilitate pickup and delivery with end customers.
  • Audit RO's to ensure proper parts and equipment are billed to customer.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Handle internal & external customer problems in a friendly and professional manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years' experience in an office environment in similar industry.
  • Possess a strong sales aptitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Detailed orientated required.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Work very well in a team environment.
  • Moderate computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
